This Privacy Policy explains how Vularis (Pty) Ltd (trading as Vularis, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our products and services, including Chatly (WhatsApp commerce) and BoreholeHub. - Order information — products or services requested, order details, and communications sent through WhatsApp or our websites.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store your full card details.
- Technical data — basic usage and device information collected when you visit our websites.
2. How we use your information
- To process and fulfil orders and payments you make through our products.
- To communicate with you, including order updates and support over WhatsApp or email.

3. Payment processing
Payments made through our services (including Chatly’s WhatsApp checkout) are processed by Paystack. Your payment card information is handled by Paystack under their security standards and privacy terms; we receive only the information necessary to confirm and reconcile your transaction.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as payment processors (Paystack), messaging platforms (WhatsApp), and hosting and analytics providers — and where required by law. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
7. Your rights

8. Cross-border processing
Some of our service providers may process data outside the Republic of South Africa. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
